What do I need to send?+
Just your raw clips - straight off your phone is fine. Upload them here after checkout or paste a Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link. Add any B-roll or extra takes you have and we will pick the best moments.
Is the first video really free?+
Yes. New creators get their first video edited free - one per creator, no card needed, Stripe only confirms your email. It is the same brief, the same editor and the same 48-hour turnaround as a paid video. We would rather you saw the difference than took our word for it.
How fast do I get my video back?+
Within 48 hours of us having your footage and brief. Need it sooner? Add 24-hour rush at checkout.
What if I don't like the edit?+
Every video includes at least one revision round, and bigger packs and plans include more - up to 4 per video, unlimited on the Unlimited plan. Tell us what feels off - pacing, music, captions, a cut you hate - and we fix it, usually within a day.
Can you edit in my style? Or like another creator I love?+
Yes. The brief asks for 1-3 reference videos - drop links to your own posts or any creator whose style you want, and we match the pacing, captions and energy.
How do video packs work?+
A pack is a bundle of video credits. Pay once, then brief your videos whenever you are ready. Each brief is one video and uses one credit. No expiry, no schedule to keep.

How do monthly plans work?+
A plan gives you a set number of videos each billing month - 4, 8, 15 or up to 30. Each video gets its own quick brief, sent whenever you are ready. Your allowance resets on your billing date; unused videos do not roll over.
Can I cancel or change my plan?+
Anytime, from the manage link in your emails. Cancelling stops the next charge and the month you already paid for stays yours to use.
